As an Administrative & Accounts Officer, I keep the record of all company expenses and help in all financial transactions. It’s my duty to ensure that all financial transactions are 100% transparent as we believe in zero-tolerance for financial abuse. I am also responsible to keep documents properly filed, to provide information about company or accounting systems, to follow & execute rules setup by the company. IHS has a policy to maintain good relations among the staff and to alert his staffs from any kind of illegal activities which pushes me to be more involved with my work. IHS always maintains a homely environment which helps me to work here and of course the company is considering all staffs needs and comfort.

As an engineer I am involved with the Low Cost Housing construction for poor people in the rural areas of Gaibandha, Sirajgonj & Shariatpur. I supervise the design of the houses and I have to make sure that the houses and the latrines have a good quality. For this purpose I followed a CSEB training course in Auroville (India). It makes me very happy to see children reading in their own houses with a good quality. I am very happy to work for IHS.

As an Engineer, I supervise ECO-House construction, Ensure WASH facilities in existing ECO-House for good health condition & Develop close collaboration with clients and PNGOs. Its pleasure to me, I work on a team those are responsible, professional and enthusiastic.

By being a B.Sc (Civil Engineer), I am complacent to be working with EHS Team to build ECO House. For constructing affordable, safe and eco-friendly sustainable housing, we started CSEB Production & Construction especially designed for low-income groups in the society.

I am working as a member of the support staff of IHS. I do small office tasks such as bank visits and archive management. I also enter the data of our clients into our own software system. On top of that I am also part of the production team of the CSEB project. I like to work with my colleagues and my foreign bosses and I like my work because our project support the poor people.
