Data input software system

IHS is digitalizing the paper surveys with the personal information of our clients. Currently there are three persons working on the data input. More than 500 surveys have already been entered into our software system, but there is still a long way to go till all of the 2020 clients are entered into the system. The paper surveys are our baseline of the situation of our clients before they built a new house. Digitizing this information will allow us to analyse the profile of our clients, their main source of income, the average family size, the education of the children, and a lot more similar data. All new data that is collected will be used to compare the current situation of our clients with the previous situation, when they lived in their old houses. This will allow us to analyse the impact of the new houses on the living conditions of our clients. We would like to ascertain the assumed benefits of new houses on our clients, such as: an improvement of the education of the children, of the health condition of the family, a better protection against natural calamities, or an increase in income. IHS maintains a privacy policy, by which only generalized information is provided to interested outsiders, whilst sensitive personal data are not accessible for the general public.
