Another 200 new houses promised to 200 families (August 2016)

After the successful fundraising initiative of July 2016, Inclusive Home Solution initiates its 6th phase of house building, with the start of building 200 new houses end October. Our partner NGO’s, GUK, SDS, MMS and SHU, help us to select 50 clients to build 50 new houses with them.


A meeting during the selection procedure were all persons raised their hands when the question was asked who wants to build a new house with the support of IHS?

The selection of the 50 new clients has started already and from the 1st September onwards our IHS supervising Engineers will visit the new clients and discuss their desires regarding their new house. IHS will also provide them information on possible designs and certain requirements. The new house has to match the IHS-specific criteria, such as a solid brick foundation; hygienic sanitation and safe water supply. The 1st visit will result in the planning with design of the new house, concerning the size and choice of building materials, the type of sanitation, the estimated budget, etc. The planning contract will be agreed and signed by the clients and by IHS. All will be entered by IPad in our new IT program!

To ensure good quality housing, required for the extreme climate in Bangladesh, the construction process will be meticulously monitored by our supervising engineers. They will visit the new clients several times before, during and after construction of the new house.
